DOWNTOWN EXISTING CONDITIONS REPORT NOW AVAILABLE
Click the link below to access the Downtown Profile and Existing Conditions (EC) Report. As the first step in preparing a Specific Plan for Downtown Manteca, the report provides an overview of the existing physical form and character, as well as land use and regulatory context for development within the Downtown Manteca Specific Plan area.
